Gutters are priced by the height of the home. One-, two-, and three-story homes each take different ladders and setup. Walk-out basements count as a story.
More linear feet of gutter and more downspouts means more time on the ladder.
Gutters that haven't been cleaned in a while, or are packed with pine needles and seedlings, take longer.
Homes with guards may need them lifted and reset to clean underneath.
Roof blow-off, gutter whitening, and window or house washing can be bundled into the same visit.
Customers on a recurring agreement get a discounted rate.
