Terms of Service The terms for our website and texts.

These terms are between you and Omni Home LLC, doing business as Omni Home Property Care (“Omni Home,” “we,” “us”), 53 Ryan Rd, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Questions: (984) 255-8334 or info@getomnihome.com.

Text messaging terms

Program: Omni Home Property Care texts, sent from our business number.

What you’ll get: when you ask us for an estimate, book with us or become a customer and give us your mobile number, we text you about your request and your service: estimates and quote links, appointment reminders, “on my way” and “job finished” updates, invoices and payment links, sign-in codes for your account page, and replies from our team. If you also check the box to get offers (on our estimate form, or when you tell our team you want them), we may send occasional seasonal reminders and promotions.

How you agree: by submitting our estimate form, booking with us, signing a quote or agreement, or asking our team to text you, with your mobile number. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often: message frequency varies with your service, usually a few texts per visit. Offers, if you opted in, are occasional.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any text. We’ll send one text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you reply START or ask us to text you again.

For help: reply HELP to any text, call or text (984) 255-8334, or email info@getomnihome.com.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we don’t sell or share your mobile number or opt-in with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
